Communications Coordinator

The Opportunity

The C.D. Howe Institute is seeking a Communications Coordinator to support its communications efforts. Reporting to the Manager, Communications, the Communications Coordinator will provide internal and external communications support with a primary focus on writing communications materials, assisting with social media content, and website updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft social media content and assist with the management of the Institute's social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X).
  • Monitor social media performance, highlighting any key trends and observations, and help safeguard and strengthen the Institute's reputation.
  • Develop and support the creation of videos, graphics, infographics, podcasts and other visual content to help promote the Institute's research, using established guidelines, team coordination and ar...
