Role Overview

Brightly Software (a company) is seeking a temporary contractor to support the monthly commission approval workflow and operational execution within our global Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform (Anaplan).

Key Responsibilities

1. Commission Approval of Workflow Management

- Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan

- Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers → Directors → VPs → Sales Finance → Head of Sales Finance)

- Track approvals and follow-up with stakeholders

- Ensure commissions are fully approved before payroll submission
