Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare cold dishes such as salads dressings appetizers cold starters and buffet items according to standard recipes.
  • Assist in daily mise-en-place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure consistency in taste quality and presentation of all cold kitchen items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section in compliance with HACCP standards.
  • Store food items correctly ensuring proper labeling dating and rotation (FIFO).
  • Monitor food quality and freshness reporting any issues to the Chef de Partie.
