Qualifications and Skills

• Grade 12
• Formal culinary qualification
• 3 years practical experience in industry, hotel & corporate catering
• Must be an effective cleaner after each shift
• Must have the ability to multitask
• Literate – must be able to speak, read and write English
• Adaptability to different working areas and conditions
• Must be willing to work shifts

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Effective communication with kitchen staff is essential
• Must handle constructive criticism positively
• Should follow orders accurately and efficiently
