Royal Catering is actively seeking highly resilient Commis Chefs to handle mass-volume food production across premium events and remote industrial camps in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for executing bulk recipes under strict hygiene standards.
Job Requirements - Proven experience in a high-volume hotel banqueting kitchen or remote industrial catering camp.
- Valid ADAFSA Essential Food Safety Training (EFST) certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional physical stamina to endure 12-hour shifts in hot environments and lift heavy bulk ingredients.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare, cook, and present massive quantities of culturally diverse meals according to strict corporate recipes.
- Maintain absolute compliance with internal HACCP protocols and ADAFSA hygiene regulations at your workstation.
- Assist the Sous Chef with daily inventory checks, minimizing food waste across the production line.
