He/She must be a patient/organized person who can multitask and work under pressure with a high sense of urgency, responsiveness and takes initiatives in maintaining his/her work quality and standards with a positive mindset.

• Be the single liaison point to coordinate and collate all information/documentation required for tender/proposal submission.
• Take Minutes of Meetings and coordinate with clients on tenders/quotations.
• Ability to format and revise commercial proposals and amend contracts/addendums promptly and accurately. Ability to understand commercial contracts is an advantage.
