Position Overview
The Site Commercial Manager (MEP Works) is responsible for overseeing all commercial functions of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, managing vendors and subcontractors, and maintaining cost control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong coordination with project stakeholders, timely reporting, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Functions

Oversee all commercial activities of the project, including contract management, vendor negotiations, and financial reporting.
Project Planning & Approvals

Prepare and review basic project planning documents, submit to authorities, and secure necessary approvals.
Vendor & Subcontractor Management
