Pure Dairy, a global dairy trading innovator, seeks an experienced Commercial Manager to drive commercial excellence across the Middle East. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Global Trade Director, you will lead sourcing and sales initiatives, develop B2B relationships, and execute market access strategies that generate sustainable value for customers and Pure Dairy.

Responsibilities

• Source dairy raw materials from the EU, establishing long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth logistics coordination
• Develop and grow Pure Dairy's B2B customer portfolio across the Middle East through proactive business development
• Establish inter‑company supply flows from the USA, Europe, Oceania, and Latin America into the region
