Position Overview
We're looking for a skilled HVAC Journeyman with at least 4-8 years of experience. You'll lead installs, run small crews, and represent us well on-site with GCs and project leads. You're someone who shows up ready, owns their work, and keeps the job moving.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full-cycle commercial HVAC installations-from blueprint to final walkthrough
* Interpret mechanical plans and blueprints to plan layouts and execute work with precision
* Fabricate, install, and hang large commercial duct systems with minimal supervision
* Handle refrigeration piping, charging, and equipment startups (RTUs, splits, VRF, etc.)
* Coordinate daily with PMs, GCs, and other trades to keep timelines tight and aligned
