A leading facilities management provider is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician to support retail and commercial sites across the North East. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week
Participation in an on-call standby rota (1 week in every 4)
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems including AHUs, split systems, LPHW boilers, DX coils, inverters, and chillers

Ensure compliance with PPM schedules and complete all associated documentation

Respond to callouts and carry out diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding

Recommend suitable replacement options for non-repairable faults

Maintain high standards of health and safety across all sites
