Your Opportunity

As Commercial Finance Manager for Portugal, you’ll be a core member of the Portugal Leadership Team and the right-hand to the Head of Commercial. You will drive financial performance, influence strategic decisions, and embed world-class finance practices across the market. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Shared Services to ensure Bacardi Portugal meets its short-term targets and long-term growth objectives.

About You

You must be a self-starter, fearless to influence decision making and drive capability across Portugal, mixing detail and the bigger picture to drive growth in line with strategy. You must demonstrate a founder’s mentality, taking ownership for the P&L and our core KPIs to help Portugal beat dynamic plan. As a leader within the South Cluster Finance team you will consistently drive high performance with your team, and be comfortable influencing and communicating across the matrix at all levels.
