Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze sales performance, conduct thorough analyses, forecast sales accurately, manage pipeline and budget, and identify areas for growth.
- Lead sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and enhance market presence.
- Manage stakeholder engagements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention across all territories and lines of business.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, set clear goals, motivate team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales department.
