Job Description:
• Build pipeline dashboard in CHK, covering SIBG, TEBG and CBG OEM business
• Lead pipeline analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights for business leaders
• Standardize sales operating rhythms, including regular pipeline reviews and churn mitigation
• Partner with field sales teams to improve opportunity qualification, win-rate, and sales cycle efficiency.
• Support sales compensation administration with accurate pipeline and activity data.
• Lead training for field teams on commercial processes, tools, and best practices.
