Key Responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and negotiate high-stakes contracts, including EPC, O&M, LTSA, and equipment supply agreements.

• Provide expert advice on deal structuring and risk mitigation to protect the company’s financial and operational interests.

• Manage the contract journey from execution to renewal, monitoring all deliverables, milestones, and expiry dates.

• Support major project packages by identifying commercial risks, conducting vendor evaluations, and overseeing selection processes.

• Identify contractual gaps, manage variations/claims, and support dispute resolution processes to protect project timelines and budgets.

• Maintain a centralized contract repository and standardize templates and clauses for continuous improvement and audit readiness.
