The Commercial Area Manager is responsible for driving leasing performance, maximizing occupancy, and managing tenant relationships across assigned office assets. The role owns the commercial success of the portfolio , ensuring optimal tenant mix, sustained occupancy, and strong tenant retention, while maintaining seamless operational execution.
Leasing & Occupancy Management
- Drive end-to-end leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across the assigned area
- Identify, source, and secure tenants including corporate accounts, BPOs, and commercial occupiers
- Lead site presentations, lease negotiations, and deal structuring in coordination with leasing stakeholders
- Track market trends, competitor positioning, and pricing benchmarks to refine leasing strategies
- Actively manage pipeline, conversions, and vacancy risks
