Our client a leading commercial business operating across the Infrastructure, energy, resources, transport, defence and building and construction sectors is seeking a commercial manager to their growing legal and commercial projects team.

Reporting to the Legal Director and Commercial, this role will involve:
 
 
Key Responsibilities:

Providing strategic commercial and legal advice on major infrastructure projects across a number of sectors including transport, renewables and resources

Managing end-to-end commercial management of large subcontracts

Effectively manage allocated subcontract packages through all phases,

Contributing to procurement strategies

Drafting precedent suites of commercial agreements relevant to the infrastructure market
