Requirements - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage recurring invoice schedules to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accounting systems and databases with up-to-date financial information.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Event and Project Cost Management - Prepare and maintain cost sheets for shoots, events, and related activities.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is accurate.
