THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Command Center Dispatcher at the venue. This position exercises responsibility for the command center functions and operations. This is an exempt role reporting to the General Manager of the venue.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Dispatch Coordination:
Dispatch of appropriate departments through the use of radio systems.
Communicate effectively with field personnel, providing essential information and instructions.
Resource Allocation:
Prioritize and allocate resources based on the nature of the incident.
Maintain accurate records of resource assignments and availability in dispatching software systems.
Communication:
Assist in ensuring proper communication between all entities. (Venue, 3rd party vendors, Public safety departments)
