Job overview

The role is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within the colorectal and stoma care service, acting as Team Lead. The post holder will autonomously assess, diagnose and manage patients with colorectal conditions, including those requiring surgical intervention and ongoing stoma care, and will provide clinical leadership to support workforce development, pathway optimisation and improved patient flow.
