Reporting directly to the Centralized Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish. This role requires building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely updates regarding their claims. Candidates will also have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the Collision process and learn about automotive parts management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the MPI claims process from beginning to end
• Communicate updates on claim statuses to customers
• Build and maintain relationships to enhance satisfaction
• Help with automotive parts shipping and receiving
• Work collaboratively within the team for optimal efficiency
Requirements:
• Automotive parts shipping/receiving experience is preferred
