**Education / Experience**

Be actively enrolled in and have completed at least 50% of a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.

**Summary of Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for resolving account issues as assigned in the recovering of delinquent and outstanding balances. Escalates complex issues and may recommend 3rd party external collection action. Provides information for reporting and audits. Collaborates with credit team to address potential credit concerns and partners with cross-functional dept. (sales/customer service) to resolve account issues. Handle customer disputes and coordinate resolution.
