Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the sales team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Transacts money and deals, and coordinates with clients and Sales Managers to ensure attendance at meetings.
  • Coordinates with the client and their meetings, checking on the client (where to go, when to work) and supporting the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management.
  • Experience with a payment officer role or related money handling responsibilities; knowledge of different money apps is a plus.
