Overview Bancroft is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cognitive Remediation Specialist to support individuals with neurological impairments, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries in achieving their highest level of independence and cognitive functioning. This position develops and implements cognitive remediation programs, provides direct treatment services, conducts assessments, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized rehabilitation plans. The Cognitive Remediation Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing learning, problem-solving, memory, attention, and daily living skills while promoting a person-centered approach to care.
