Overview
We are looking to build out a network of Regional Talent Scouts across key basketball markets. These individuals will serve as the primary voice and evaluator within their assigned region, helping Coast 2 Coast Preps scale content, strengthen relationships, and improve the depth and accuracy of our player and team coverage .
This role is designed as a win-win: it allows us to expand our national footprint while giving scouts a platform to grow their personal brand through consistent exposure and content creation.

Objective
The Regional Talent Scout Program is intended to:

+ Increase content volume and consistency across all platforms

+ Improve player and team evaluation and rankings accuracy at both regional and national levels

+ Strengthen on-the-ground relationships in key basketball markets

+ Create a scalable system for identifying and covering talent year-round
