Position Overview
Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Mineral Processing, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering
- 715 years experience in coal processing or mineral plant operations
- Strong knowledge of coal beneficiation processes (DMS, flotation, screening, etc.)
- Experience with process control systems (SCADA/PLC)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in production and cost optimisation in mining environments
