As an Operational
Performance & Projects Co-op within Delta’s Flight Operations organization,
you will support the Line Operations team through data‑driven analysis, cross‑functional
project work, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety,
reliability, and the pilot experience.

This role sits at the
intersection of **operational analytics, project support, and internalconsulting** . You will contribute to ad‑hoc and strategic initiatives across
Line Operations while also providing day‑to‑day analytical and operational
support for the **Flight Crew Reporting (FCR) program** . Through hands‑on
exposure to real operational challenges, you’ll help translate data and
frontline feedback into actionable insights that improve how we operate.

This is a full‑time,
in‑person co‑op position based in Atlanta, GA, requiring three alternating
