A large manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Vertical Mill Machinist to join our team.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. with overtime available.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to machine large metal components
• Load raw material and fixtures using overhead crane or lifting equipment
• Read blueprints and program or edit CNC programs as needed
• Perform drilling, milling, boring, and tapping operations
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools
• Adjust offsets, tooling, and machine parameters to maintain tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and tooling changes
• Ensure parts meet quality standards before moving to next operation
