CNC Turner Programmer

We are recruiting for a prismatic machining & mechanical assembly business for the Civil & Military Aerospace Industry. They specialise in high speed 5‑axis soft & hard metal plus composite machining up to 3 metres in length. We are looking for a full time permanent CNC Turner.

Key skills required

• Min 3 years hands‑on experience as a CNC Turner.
• Ability to set and operate machines minimum of 3 years.
• Ability to understand the code of the programs in case you need to go in and when loading new tools.
• Ability to program from technical drawings – a major benefit.
• Experience with Mazatrol or Fanuc required.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Background in Aerospace would be a distinct advantage.
• Ensure machines are set in a timely fashion and that dimensions and surface finishes meet requirements.
