FRG produces steel solutions for a variety of industries through forging, hot forming, and fabrication. Key Responsibilities: * Machine setup, start up, operation and tear down * Secure all tooling, replace broken or worn tooling * File, grind, and adjust parts to fit properly * Keep multiple machines running simultaneously * Diagnose operating difficulties and make adjustments * Inspect dies for proper dimensions and defects * Complete necessary job-related paperwork to include tags, inspection documents, and production log * Maintain cleanliness, safety and quality standards Experience and Skills Preferred: * Ability to read and use calipers and similar measurement tools to the ten-thousandth place * Experience reading and interpret blueprints preferred * Experience in operating and setting up X, Y, Z on vertical mills preferred...
