**CNC Setup Operator II – Direct Hire Opportunity**

**Temporary Location:** West Chicago, IL (through mid-to-late August)
**Permanent Location:** Northbrook, IL
**Pay:** $27–$35/hour, based on experience
**Direct Hire – Full-Time Position**

**Shifts Available:**


+ 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
+ 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
+ 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We are seeking an experienced **CNC Setup Operator II** to join our team. This direct-hire role is responsible for setting up complex CNC jobs, supporting production, performing tool changes and machine changeovers, conducting quality inspections, and driving process improvements.

**Qualifications:**


+ 8–10 years of CNC setup experience
+ Experience with multi-axis CNC lathes, Swiss-type machines, and machining centers
+ Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
