Position Overview
Summary
Prepare and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machineryOperates and sets up complex, customized production equipment to manufacture company products. Quality inspection during work processes. Follow quality procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Manufacturing Supervisor:
Set up and operate all related equipment and hand toolsMove all materials, either physically or mechanically, necessary to complete assignmentsPrepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machinesSupervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better resultProduce high quality endmillsPerform inspection of finished products to ensure external and internal quality specifications and requirementsCheck and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
