Job Description Job Description We are seeking a multi-axis CNC Mill Programmer to join our team on our weekday shift. You will help oversee projects and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:

• Development of machining strategy to take design data and produce machined hardware
• Develop machine programs for Multi Axis Mills in Mastercam and/or Esprit.
• Collaborate with machinists/operators, supervisors & quality inspectors to support program schedule & performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop manufacturing plans for high-volume production
• Design custom tools and fixtures as needed
• Develop set-up processes to show alignment of geometry from CNC program to physical workpiece.
