Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machinery, including but not limited to mills, lathes, routers, and grinders.Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure CNC machines meet operational requirements and quality standards.Install, align, dismantle, and move CNC equipment as needed, ensuring safety protocols are followed.Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documenting repairs, parts used, and equipment status.Train junior technicians and machine operators on proper CNC maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
