**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
The CNC Machinist sets up, operates, and adjusts a wide range of conventional and automatic machines, including CNC equipment, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other precision machinery. This role focuses on custom machining, requiring frequent changeovers, program writing and editing, and close collaboration with manufacturing team members to ensure high-quality parts are produced efficiently and accurately.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including 2–5 axis equipment such as horizontal machines with tombstones, vertical machines (some with indexers), lathes, and a 5-axis Integrex.
+ Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs to meet overall part and process requirements, using G-code and G&M code as needed.
