**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on CNC machining in a small, tight-knit machine shop that produces a variety of components. You will operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a production environment, perform offsets and tooling changes, and run ongoing work with minimal supervision. Programming is not required, but strong hands-on machining skills and attention to detail are essential.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce various components in a production environment.
+ Set up and run CNC machining equipment, including performing tooling changes and adjustments as needed.
+ Perform offsets and make necessary machine adjustments to maintain part quality and accuracy.
+ Monitor ongoing work to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.
