Job Description

- Responsible for the CNC Machining Department
- Develop and execute production schedules based on production plans
- Lead productivity improvement activities
- Plan and control operational budgets
- Implement and maintain documentation
- Monitor daily and weekly production activities

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience operating CNC lathes, machining centers, and drilling machines in automotive parts manufacturing.
- 5+ years of managerial experience supervising subordinates.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
- Conversational English and Japanese (advantage).
