Responsibilities:
Expert Setup & Operation: Perform complex setups on multi-axis CNC Lathes (including 2-axis up to 7-axis/multi-spindle) with minimal supervision.
Programming: Create and edit programs at the machine using G-code and M-code. Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Esprit, or Fusion 360) is highly preferred.
Production Oversight: Act as the technical Lead for the lathe department, ensuring part production meets strict timelines and quality standards.
