**Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role operates and sets up CNC lathes to produce precision parts in a modern manufacturing environment. You interpret complex blueprints and GD&T, program and edit CNC controls, and ensure parts meet exact specifications through careful measurement and inspection. You support continuous improvement, mentor other machinists, and help maintain a safe, clean, and collaborative workplace.

**Responsibilities**

+ Review and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, material specifications, locations, and machining parameters to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
+ Interpret and apply complex geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to ensure parts meet engineering specifications.
+ Operate CNC lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches.
