Responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC Haas vertical and horizontal milling machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications. Reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Performs machine setups, tool changes, fixture installations, and program adjustments to ensure efficient production and quality standards. Uses precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators to inspect finished parts and verify dimensional accuracy. Monitors machine performance, troubleshoots machining issues, and makes necessary offsets and adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
