Position Overview
Job Description- Provide support and administration for Card Management Systems (CMS).
- Manage and monitor the full card lifecycle, including issuance, activation, PIN management, limits setup, blocking/unblocking, and card reissuance.
- Analyze and troubleshoot transaction issues related to authorization, clearing, and reversals using ISO8583 messages.
- Support daily payment operations across ATM, POS, e-commerce, contactless, tokenization, and 3D Secure (3DS) transactions.
