Role Overview

The CMDB and 3 PP Configuration Engineer is responsible for managing the configuration of IT services and third-party products within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role ensures accurate, secure, and compliant configuration data across internal systems and external integrations. The engineer plays a critical role in maintaining service integrity, supporting audits, and enabling efficient change and incident management.

Responsibilities CMDB Management Maintain and update Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and traceability.
