Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Actively acquiring and managing new and existing clients with the goal of building and developing long-term business relationships from the initial contact through to successful contract negotiation and closing.
- Identifying new business opportunities through independent market and competitor research as well as targeted business development activities such as sales blitzes for new openings.
- Planning, organizing and executing all sales activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention including client events, networking opportunities and hotel site inspections.
- Continuously analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer potential while preparing insightful reports and performance analyses.
- Delivering sales training sessions for hotel teams and actively participating in sales and management meetings.
