Job Title: Club Receptionist (Customer Service)

Reports To: Operations Lead / RGM

Location: 2 Elmfield Way, Bramley, Leeds, LS13 4UD

Level/Salary Range: From £11.56 - £13.00 depending on age and experience

Position Type: 27 hours a week – 3.30-8.30 Mon-Fri and 8.30-3.30 Saturdays

Reporting to the Operations Lead and working alongside the Leeds team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our member and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers.

Training will be given for all our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first-class customer service experience. Your time will be spent on site at our Leeds site. ...
