Certificate in Culinary Arts or related disciplineMinimum 8 years of relevant kitchen experience in a similar capacityStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesSound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and Cantonese preferred
