**About The Role**
The **Digital Workplace** **Productivity, Collaboration Voice & Video Engineer** designs, delivers, and continuously improves digital workplace solutions that enable employees to work more efficiently, collaboratively, and securely. This role blends **engineering, automation, platform governance, and user experience** , with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, Adobe, Smartsheet and other integrated collaboration tools, platforms.
This role serves as a link between **IT, security, and the business** , making sure productivity platforms remain dependable, scalable, and in line with organisational goals. While this position is technical and hands-on, it also demands strong engagement with stakeholders and key suppliers to help us reshape Pearson’s Digital Workplace platform services and solutions.
