Roles and Responsibilities

The Cloud Service Engineer is part of the Cloud COE team, responsible as a subject matter expert for managing, maintaining, and providing support including provisioning, onboarding, management, and overseeing the development of cloud services. The Engineer works collaboratively with the COE team and project team to ensure cloud services are provided seamlessly and aligned with cloud architecture, platform engineering, and delivery processes in the development of cloud governance and processes.

Responsible for working with cross‑functional teams to build, test, integrate, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure. Continuously improve the cloud infrastructure to comply with governance policies, standards, security, governance, and regulatory requirements, applying relevant cloud best practices.
