This person keeps the leader and the wider organization running smoothly — owning executive operations, driving the team's business rhythm, and leading the culture and engagement programs that bring a 500+-person global team together. It is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who is exceptionally organized, proactive, and energized by both detail and people.
