• API Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third‑party systems using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Azure & Power Platform Product Utilization: Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Azure Functions, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Framework, Azure Logic Apps, and Cognitive Services to build a robust chatbot solution.
• Data Storage Architecture: Design, connect, and manage diverse data sources such as relational databases, vector databases, document repositories, and SharePoint to support AI solutions.
