Job Description Summary

:Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Clinician, Non-Licensed, or “Clinician”, is responsible for outpatient mental and behavioral health services provided to a caseload of clients. Responsible for offering best-practice, trauma-informed, designated mental health services to child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups including but not limited to individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Performs functions with clients and staff in gender-, spiritually-, economically- and culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, humble, kind, and competent ways

Follows HIPAA guidelines and maintains the highest level of confidentiality and privacy at all times when dealing with client information, paying special attention to any additional risks present when using telehealth software and programming
