Department of Oncology, Sample Handling Laboratory, Churchill Hospital, Headington, Oxford OX3 7LE About the role The Sample Handling Laboratory in the Cancer and Haematology Centre, Churchill Hospital, Oxford processes patient samples from cancer clinical trials. The role of the post holder is to take receipt of and process clinical samples according to defined laboratory protocols. This will involve several techniques including centrifugation of blood samples, separation of plasma/serum and also of white cells for analysis at other laboratories. This is a full-time post available on a 2-year fixed term contract. About you You should be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have good manual dexterity, accuracy and laboratory experience.
